Competency-Based Training
Aviation Australia has been delivering competency and evidenced based training for a number of years now and Australia is one of the few, possibly the only country from an aviation perspective that does this currently. During our regulatory transition that commenced in 2011 there has been a relationship between the vocational competency based approach and the regulatory syllabus. As a training provider that holds Part 147 approvals for CASA, EASA, GCAA and AACM we are well placed to present on the way to deliver this training and also how it relates to some of the vision that we are aware the regulators like EASA are seeking in this regard.
