Patrick Curtin, Senior Manager, Singapore Campus Operations, Training & Professional Services, Boeing Global Services
Patrick Curtin is the senior manager of campus operations, providing day-to-day oversight of the Boeing Flight Training Campus in Singapore. The campus offers 737, 777 and 787 type rating training utilizing six full flight simulators and four procedural trainers, as well as maintenance training courses. In 2007, Curtin played an instrumental role in the opening of the campus. Today, it is Boeing’s largest flight training facility in the Asia-Pacific region.
Before transferring to Singapore, Curtin held positions in Boeing’s training organizations in the United Kingdom, first as part of Flight Safety Boeing Training International. In 2004, he oversaw the opening of the Boeing UK Proforma Commercial Simulator operation in Crawley.
Curtin served in the Royal Air Force in the United Kingdom, first as a simulator technician primarily working on C-130 and Tornado flight simulators before moving up in command to attain the rank of Chief Technician.
